The application is to permit the following licensable activities, allow for Sale of Alcohol on and off Premises Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 03:00, Live and Recorded Music on Premises Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 03:00 Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 31st December 2024 and sent to: The Licensing Service Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council Dunedin House Columbia Drive Thornaby Stockton-onTees TS17 6BJ. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
