Name of Applicant: Salisbury's Supermarkets Ltd.

Address: Sainsburys, Tower Road, Lowestoft, NR33 7NG.

Licensing Authority: East Suffolk Council.

Licensing Authority Address: Licensing Team, last Suffolk House, Riduna Park, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, IP12 IRT or Licensing Team, Riverside, 4 Canning Road, Lowestoft, NR33 0EQ (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours)

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: 1. To allow the sale of alcohol to between the hours of 0600 and 2400 Daily for consumption off the premises; 2. To allow the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 26 December 2024.

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@eastsuffolkgov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine. Dated: 28 November 2024
