NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that PRS RETAIL LTD has applied for a premises licence to Nottingham City Council in relation to 100-104 Derby Road, Nottingham, NG1 5FB.
To permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Sunday to Thursday 06:00hrs to 00:00hrs and Friday to Saturday 06:00hrs to 01:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address by prior appointment or online at www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to Licensing Authority at Commercial & Operations, Licensing, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS.
Such written representation must be received by 03/01/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
