NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Mr Carlos Douglas to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Capri Bar and Lounge which are situated at Unit 17, Willow Court, Crystal Drive, Smethwick, B66 1RD
The proposed application is as follows:
Recorded Music (Indoors) Monday – Sunday 12:00 to 04:00
Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday – Sunday 23:00 to 04:00
The Supply of Alcohol (On the Premises) Monday – Sunday 12:00 to 04:00
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
