APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Jimmy’s Restaurant and Bar Mediterranean Limited is applying for a Premises Licence for Regina’s, 11 Newhall Street Birmingham B3 3NY to permit the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment 08:00-04:00. Further information concerning the application can be viewed at www.birmingham.gov.uk My person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or by post to licensing, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 211 Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice (midnight on 31st December 2024)

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount
