What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that MLAA Kitchens Limited has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Dahlio’s, Talbot Street, Nottingham, NG1 5JT.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are provision of Late-Night Refreshment outdoors only Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0330 the following morning and on New Year’s Day until 0500 the following morning and an additional hour to the standard and non-standard timings on the day when British Summertime commences; opening hours Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day.
NB. This application is being submitted because the previous Premises Licence No. 164888 lapsed following the dissolution of the Premise Licence Holder.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Authority, Nottingham City Council, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH no later than 1st January 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
