PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Plymouth City Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 2nd December 2024
Applicant: Gilletts Callington Limited.
Address of premises: Spar Store, 248-252 Old Laira Road, Laira, Plymouth, PL3 6AF.
Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the shop layout, adjust conditions and deposit a modified shop plan. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day alcohol supply no change 07.00 – 23.00.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Office Of The Director Of Public Health, Head Of Public Protection Service, at the above address* or electronically to licensing@plymouth.gov.uk (for electronic representations please provide your postal address) not later than 28 days after the date of this notice by the 30th December 2024.
