What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr T Surendran has applied to vary the premises licence at Picton Store, 129 High Street, Wavertree L15 8JS.

For alcohol sales 0600-0000 hrs, late night refreshment to 0000 hrs and a new floor plan.

The application can be inspected at Licensing, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L13 1AH Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR.

Any person wishing to make representations must write to the Licensing Authority by 27/12/24.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
