What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Padel Sports Ltd has applied to City of Cardiff Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Padium, Unit E&F, Cardiff Bay Retail Park, Ferry Road, Cardiff, CF11 0JR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
The Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 06:00 until 23:00 Mondays to Thursdays, 06:00 until 00:00 Fridays to Saturdays and 06:00 until 22:30 Sundays.
The Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 00:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
The Premises Opening Hours from 06:00 until 00:00 Sundays to Thursdays, 06:00 until 00:30 Fridays to Saturdays.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 4UW no later than 31st December 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of City of Cardiff Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.cardiff.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
