To whom it may concern I, Islam Khan do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises licence at: 132 Tillhouse Rd, Cranbrook EX5 7LB and known as: Denleys Essence of India
The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Late Night refreshment Mon to Sun 2,300 - 03.001ns, Sale of Alcohol - Mon to Sun 12.00 - 00.00hts.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Bonier Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Horton EX14 lEJ not later than 01/01/25 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
A copy of the application can be viewed at the licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or reddessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
