The proposed application is as follows: On Sale of Alcohol: 11:00 to 23:00hrs Mon to Thu and 11:00 to 01:00hrs Fri, Sat & Sun. Late Night Refreshment: 23:00 to 01:00hrs Fri, Sat & Sun. Licensable Hours extended until 02:00hrs on Valentines Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Bank Holidays and Sundays before Bank Holidays. It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine contrary to s158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
