Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Pepette Bistro Limited has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 25/11/2024 for a new premises licence for 77 Mill Lane, London, NW6 1NB.
The proposed application is to permit the provision of recorded music and sale by retail of alcohol Monday- Sunday 08:00-00:00 and late night refreshment Monday-Sunday 23:00- 00:30 such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 23/12/2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE. Or online at www.camden.gov.uk. The register of applications can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can view the applications at the above address.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
