1-15 Templeton Place - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Hotel Templeton Garden Ltd (formerly known as K+K Hotels Ltd) to the Licensing Authority of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to vary the Premises Licence for the Miiro – Templeton Garden (formerly known as Hotel George), 1-15 Templeton Place, London, SW5 9NB. The application includes the following terms:
1. To vary the layout plans for the premises.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or in person at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 31st December 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
