Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that True Padel Tees Valley Ltd has applied to Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises True Padel, Unit 1, Haughton Road Retail Park, Darlington DL1 2BJ.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:- 1. Supply of alcohol on the premises from 1000 to 2300 Monday to Sunday. 2. Opening hours from 0600 to 2300 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Officer, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT (email licensing@darlington.gov.uk) no later than 26th December 2024 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Darlington Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
