What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that BRUK Group Ltd has applied to Redditch Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Ipsley Street, Redditch, B98 TAH. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing to Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DYI| 7WF or by email enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.Uk no later than 25th December 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Redditch Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website : www.worcsregservices.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
