Grimshaw Park Service Station, Grimshaw Park, Blackburn BB2 3AG Notice is hereby given that The Kay Group (UK) Ltd has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council for a premises licence as follows:

1) Sale of alcohol & opening hours 0000 to 0000 (24 hours) Monday to Sunday.

2) Late night refreshment 2300 to 0500 Monday to Sunday

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
