LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

SIMTEC GOLF LTD is applying to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new premises licence at:

SIMTEC Golf, 11 Kingsley Park, Station Road, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, WD4 8GW.

If granted it will allow the following: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs.

The full application can be viewed at the above address of the Licensing Authority Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm excluding bank holidays. It is an offence to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary of conviction to a fine of any amount.
