Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

I, Kamalkant Harshad Patel, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Amour Cakes & Shakes, Ground Floor of Burnt Mills Cafe, Ridley Rd, Basildon SS13 1EG.

The proposed licensable activity is: Supply of Alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday - Saturday, 12.00pm - 11.00pm.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licencing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5,000.00).
