Application has today been made to the council for the above licence / certificate by Play Mill Cafe Ltd.
Address of Premises / Club: 1st Floor – Level 1, 1850 Mill, Shaw Lane, Halifax, HX3 9ET for sale of alcohol and playing of music.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding this application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licencing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 20/12/2024.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
