TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Mr Mohammad Haroon Mangal & Mr Wahid Khan Do hereby give notice that on 28 November 2024 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a hot feed takeaway known as: 'Express Pizza & Chicken' 161 Tarring Road, Worthing, BN11 4HH.
The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: Late Night Refreshment: 23:00hrs to 05:00hrs (of the following morning) Monday – Sunday incl.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk , post: A&W Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA.
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 26 December 2024.

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
