NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that S6 Food Limited has applied to Sheffield City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Munchies Halifax, 148 Halifax Rd, Wadsley Bridge, Sheffield S6 1LH.
The application seeks consent to allow the provision of Late Night Refreshment (for consumption on & off the premises) on Sunday to Thursday between 16:00pm and 12:00am midnight and on Friday & Saturday between 16:00pm and 1:00am on the following day.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Service, Block C, Staniforth Road Depot, Staniforth Road, Sheffield S9 3HD about this application by 24 December 2024 or email to licensingservice@sheffield.gov.uk.
The last date for the receipt of representations is 24 December 2024.
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
