Notice is hereby given that I, Khabat Khalid Aziz, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Mersin Shawarma Restaurant, 6 New Market Street, Leeds, LS1 6DG.
I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on the premises: Late night refreshment:
Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 00:00
Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 04:00
Recorded Music
Everyday 12:00 - 23:00
Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 24th December 2024 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
