APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
We, PLATINUM RETAIL LIMITED are applying for the grant of a new premises licence at Canklow Service Station, 5 – 7 West Bawtry Road, Canklow Bridge, Rotherham, S60 2AG. Our application is made to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council of Riverside House, Main Street Rotherham S60 1AE.
We are applying for the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol (24 hours per day) for consumption off the premises, and the provision of Late Night Refreshment (from 11pm each day to 5.00am on the following day).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
