Licensing Act 2003, Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence

Premises: The Lamb, 33 Regent Street, Eccles M30 0BP.

Notice is given that Joseph Holt Limited has applied to the licensing Authority of Salford City Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: To amend the layout of the licensed premises in accordance with the deposited plans.

To replace the current Premises Licence Conditions with those set out in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensingapplications.

Representations must be received no later than 26/12/2024. The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensingapplications

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
