Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op Supermarket, 7-10 Central Parade, Croydon, Surrey CR0 OJB to remove non standard timings on Christmas Day and Good Friday and Embedded conditions, namely : Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

In this condition, permitted hours means: (a) On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, 08.00. to 23.00 (b) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, 10.00 to 22.30 (c) On Christmas Day, 12.00 to 15.00 and 19.00 to 22.30 (d) On Good Friday, 08.00 to 22.30 and to add conditions. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Monday — Saturday 08:00-23:00 Sunday 10:00-22:30. The variation will have no adverse effect on the promotion of any of the licensing objectives.

The application may be inspected at Access Croydon Reception, Bernard Weatherill House by appointment or at www.croydon.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
