What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Ragunathan Ponnampalam is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at – Local Convenience Store, 188 Slade Road, Erdington, Birmingham B23 7RJ.

If GRANTED, the application will allow:

Sale of alcohol [Off Sales] Monday – Sunday 07:00 to 01:00 the following day

Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the Licensing Section. Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by writing to The Licensing Section, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ licensing@birmingham.gov.uk, 0121 303 9896. Public register at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 23/12/2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
