Notice is hereby given that Mr Mohinder Singh Korana has applied to Ealing Council for Variation to a Premises Licence. For the following premises: Drinks Direct, 11 Station Parade, Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 3LD.
The Nature of the Variation: Condition No 5 to be amended to the following: There must be no stock or sale of high strength canned beer, lager or cider (above 6.0% ABV). All beer, lager or cider must be clearly price marked. Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www.ealing.gov.uk or by contacting the licensing team on 020 8825 6655.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Team, Ealing Council, Regulatory Services, Perceval House, 14 – 16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL in writing or via email: licensing@ealing.gov.uk by 24/12/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
