What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Grosvenor Casinos Limited has applied to the City of Westminster for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Grosvenor Victoria Casino, 150 - 162 Edgware Road, London, W2 2DT. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, performances of dance and anything of a similar instruction) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 06:00 the following morning. The provision for regulated entertainment (to include recorded music) Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours daily/unrestricted). The provision for late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning.

The casino will be open 24 hours daily. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 20 December 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
