NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: The Gaming Group Limited of the following address: TOR, St Clouds Way, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 8BN is applying to vary a Casino premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: The Poker Room, 150-162 Edgware Road, London, W2 2DT. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application to extend the licensed gaming area on the first floor to include the entire terrace, and to reconfigure and extend the licenced gaming area on the second floor to include the external terrace. The application has been made to: Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP (licensing@westminster.gov.uk). Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 19 December 2024

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
