Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence

PREMISES: Starbucks, Platform 5 Woking Station, Station Approach, Woking, GU22 7AE.

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Woking Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variations are:- 1. To approve alterations to the layout following a refurbishment; and 2. To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol from 08.00 until 23.00 daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the Licensing Officer Woking Borough Council Civic Offices Gloucester Square Woking GU21 6YL. Representations must be received by 24 December 2024.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.woking.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
