North Devon Resort - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
To whom it may concern: We Monkey Puzzle (NDR) Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at North Devon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at North Devon Resort Marlborough Road, Ilfracombe Devon EX34 8PF. The application is:
1. Supply of alcohol on and off the premises 10:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday.
2. Regulated Entertainment (Live and recorded music and performance of dance and similar); exhibition of films, plays, indoor sporting events and boxing or wrestling entertainments 09:00 to 02:30 Monday to Sunday
3. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 02:30 Monday to Sunday
4. Additional timings for one event per year to operate from a Friday to Monday (4 days) on a 24 hour basis for above licensable activities and late night refreshment to operate 23:00 to 05:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by completing the form found at: www.northdevon.gov.uk/LA03rep and preferably emailing this to: licensing@northdevon.gov.uk If posting please send to: The Licensing Team, North Devon District Council, Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple, Devon EX31 1DG. Representations must be made not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited. Dated 30th November 2024.
