LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Grecothai Limited has applied to Hackney Council on 21st November 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Unit 7 Montacute Yards, Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6HU for the provision of late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 08:00 - 23:00 and Friday and Saturday 08:00 -00:00 as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Service, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY to be received by no later than 19th December 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www. hackney.gov.uk/licensing or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
