NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th November 2024, Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to East Suffolk District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Daily, 3 White Hart Court, Wickham Market, Suffolk IP13 0RA.
The proposed variation is:
- To extend the hours for licensable activities Monday to Sunday to 06:00 - 23:00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:
Licensing Authority, East Suffolk District Council Alliance Property Holdings Limited, Morrisons Daily, House, Riduna Park, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1RT and Riverside, 4 Canning Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0EQ no later than 17th December 2024 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of East Suffolk District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address, or by e-mail to licensing@eastsuffolk.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
