I/We Starlane Cafe & Bar Ltd have applied to Newham Council to vary the premises licence for Starlane Pizza Bar, 12 Cody Road, London E16 4SR. So as the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Extension of hours: Playing of Recorded Music Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 09:59 / Thursday & Sunday: 10:00 to 03:00. Sale by Retail of Alcohol Friday & Saturday: 10:00 to 09:59 / Thursdays Sunday: 10:00 to 03:00. Late Night Refreshment Thursday & Sunday: 23:00 to 03:00. Hours premises are open to the public: Friday & Saturday: 07:00 to 06:59 / Thursday & Sunday: 07:00 to 03:30.

Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, London E6 2RP (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or via our website https://www.newham.gov.uk/Pages/Services/Premises-alcohol-and-entertainment-licence.aspx no later than the: 18/12/2024. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be based upon the Licensing Objectives; the prevention of crime and disorder, public safely, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.
