What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a
Premises Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003

Take notice that Riya (Lancs) Limited has applied to
Preston City Council, under the Licensing Act 2003,
for a premises licence at Tikka Station, 35 Lune
Street, Preston, PR1 2NN. The applicant proposes
to provide for the retail sale of alcohol and late-night
refreshment.
The place where the record of the application may
be inspected and where the register of the Licensing
Authority is kept is Preston City Council, Town Hall,
Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL. The record of
the application may be inspected between 1000
and 1400 hours Monday to Friday. Any person or
responsible authority may make a representation in
writing to Preston City Council, at the above
address or by email to licensing@preston.gov.uk no
later than 18 December 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
