NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Chapel Local Store, 230 Chapel Street, Manchester M3 5LE

Notice is given that Raja Mohammed Haroonhas applied to the licensing Authority of Salford City Council for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0700 hrs to 0300 hrs Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications.

Representations must be received no later than 20/12/2024.

The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
