What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Juice Funky Bar Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Leicester City Council in relation to Juice Funky Bar trading as Q Lounge, 4-8 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 1DE.
To permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises only Sunday - Thursday 11.00 - 22.30, Friday and Saturday 11.00 - 23.30, and Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) Friday and Saturday only 23:00 - 00:00.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at Customer Service Centre, 91 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6FB or online at www.leicester.gov.uk
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Officer, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ or by email: licensing@leicester.gov.uk.
Such written representation must be received by 23/12/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
