Proposed licensable activities: (List all Licensable activities applied for) Sale of Alcohol off the premises

Proposed days and times of licensable activities: (List all days and times of licensable activities applied for) 7 days a week. Mon-Sun.08am-12:00am midnight

The postal address where the register is kept, and the application may be inspected is: No: 28 the shambles (at the rear) Unit 1. WR1 2RA Worcester city Council, Licensing team, The Guildhall, high street, Worcester WR1 2EY. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the licensing team all the above address or email to enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice by the [28 days after the date of application]. Objection must be made to the council by no later than 05.12.2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement on or connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
