NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Partners in Coffee Ltd

Hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

Gather Boorley Green Community Centre, 121 Wallace Avenue, Botley, Southampton SO32 2RQ. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:

• The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises)

• The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of

(e) a performance of live music

(f) any playing of recorded music

The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House Upper Market Street Eastleigh SO50 9YN between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/la03registers

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Southampton and Eastleigh Partnership City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.eastleigh.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk  so as to be received by them between the 14 November 2024 and 12 December 2024.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
