APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland
Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bedford Borough
Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando’s, Unit 4,
Interchange Retail Park, Race Meadows Way, Kempston,
Bedford MK42 7AZ. The application includes the
following terms: 1. To permit the sale of alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises between 1100
and 0000 Monday to Sunday. 2. To permit the provision
of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000
Monday to Sunday. The application may be viewed
during office hours at the Licensing Authority, Bedford
Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street,
Bedford MK42 9AP or via the council’s website at
https://www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at the
above address or by email to licensing@bedford.gov.uk at
any time up to and including 19th December 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
