Notice is hereby given that Paul Spencer has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises licence in respect of Orsino Bistro | Woodland Pytchley Hunt Ltd, Kennels, 15 Kennel Hill, Brigstock,NN14 3HB and intends to carry out the following licensable activities; A small bistro offering a relaxed & welcoming environment, friendly service and good food & a small selection of wines, beers and spirits.
Opening times will be: Tuesday and Wednesday 09:00 – 18:00, Thursday - Saturday 09:00 – 22:00. Licensing hours will be: Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 -18:00, Thursday – Saturday 11:00 – 22:00.
I have also applied for a recorded music licence in opening times for internal focussed on a mono record player.
