What is proposed?
Public Notice - Licensing Application - Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Central Swindon North Parish Council in respect of Moredon Sporting Hub.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
THE RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL
THE PROVISION OF REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT:
PERFORMANCE OF LIVE MUSIC
AN EXHIBITION OF A FILM
AN EXHIBITION OF LIVE SPORTS EVENTS
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 15th November and 12th December 2024. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
