Long Row - Application to Vary a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Five Guys JV Ltd in respect of Premises known as Five Guys, 34-35 Long Row, Nottingham, NG1 2DR applied to Nottingham City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:
1. To extend opening hours to close at 03:00 every day.
2. To extend late night refreshments to cease at 03:00 every day.
3. To add conditions relating to the extension of late night refreshments. All other licensable activities, permitted hours and conditions to remain as existing. Please see application for full details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Licensing Team, Nottingham City Council, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH or by email to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 18 December 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, between 09:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday by prior appointment or on the council’s website - www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
