NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT PREMLSFS LICENCE

Premises: Home Bargains Meols Cop Retail Park Foul Lane Southport PR9 7RG

Notice is given that T.J. Mortis Limited has applied to the licensing Authority to grant the Premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Proposed application is for: Sale by Retail of Alcohol — Every Day (07:00 — 23:00)

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Sefton Council, licensing Unit, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle L20 3NJ or by mailing licensing@sefton.govuk.

Representations must be received within 28 days of the dare of this Notice.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed normal office hours at the above address.

It is offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and it maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited)
