NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT/VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE that We University of Huddersfield have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as University Campus, Queensgate, Huddersfield, HD1 3DH and Southgate Campus, Huddersfield, HD1 1SG 
FOR
• the sale of alcohol from Monday to Sunday between the times of 08.00 to 00.30
• the provision of regulated entertainment for plays, films, live and recorded music, performances of dance or similar from Monday to Sunday between the times of 08.00 and 24.00
• provision of late night refreshment from Monday to Sunday between the times of 23.00-01.00 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees. gov.uk by midnight on 17 December 2024.

Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
