Notice of Application for an Order for Additional Hours
Take notice, that I Adrian Swift of 9 Cluster Road,
Newtownhamilton, Newry, BT34 0AR being the holder of a licence authorising the sale of intoxicating liquor at the premises situated at Swifty`s, 16 The Square, Newtownhamilton, BT35 0AA, such premises being the kind mentioned in Article 5(1) (a) of the Licensing NI Order 1996 to which an order of 1st January 2025 under Aeticle 4 of the said Order applies and intend to apply at the Magistrat Court at Newry on for an order 104 days as specified in the application for said Article 44 Order.
An additional hour beginning after the end of the period authorised by the said ARticle 44 Order,
The Licence required for the premises for which the application is made by a Council under Schedule 1 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 wll be procuced at the hearing of the application.
