APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by:
TH UK & Ireland Limited to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known as Tim Hortons which are situated at Unit 5 Bentley Bridge Leisure Park, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11 1BP

The application is as follows:
Provision of late night refreshment for 24 hours a day, Monday –
Sunday
The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email Licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk
Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by 21 st December 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited).
