NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

I, Mr Velautham Vijayakumar Of Vivi Express, 16
Old Bedford Road, Luton, LU2 7NZ am applying for
the Grant of a Premises Licence. If granted, the
licence will enable the following to take place: sale
of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Alcohol
- Monday to Saturday 06.00 to 02.00 and Sunday
07.00 to 01.00.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect
of this application may do so by writing to Licensing
Department, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall,
Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date
of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept
at the above address and may be viewed during
normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection
with an application, the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5
fine on standard scale.
