What is proposed?

We Craft Events Ltd is making an application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of Lazydays Festival, Field 1, Priory Park, Victoria Avenue Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6NB.
The variations being proposed are: Increase capacity to 4,999.
Open to public once in a calendar year as follows: Thurs 1700-2315, Fri 1400-2315, Sat 1100-2315, Sun 1100-2315.
Sale & supply of alcohol between Thurs 1700-2300, Fri 1400-2300, Sat 1100-2300, Sun 1100-2300.
Regulated entertainment including dance, films, plays, live & recorded music between: Thurs 1700-2300, Fri 1400-2300, Sat 1100-2300, Sun 1100-2300.
Up to 4 under 18s may enter per adult, at the licensee's discretion, at any point during the open hours.
Southend Council's Parks Dept may extend tenancy for clear-up.
Event cancellation insurance requirement removed.
Interested parties & responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend, SS2 6ZG or licact2003@southend.gov.uk by 10/12/24.
A record of the application, & the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, from 10am-4pm, Mon to Fri or at southend.gov.uk.
