Licensing Act 2003: Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Notice is hereby given that Esra Sahin has made an application to London Borough of Hillingdon Council on 13 November 2024 under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Three Steps at the Coachmans Inn, High Street, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 2DX. The application is to vary the premises licence by replacing conditions 1-3 under Annex 2 of the premises licence with new proposed conditions, the effect being to relax the condition restricting Mr E Sahin’s involvement in the premises and to extend the hours of use in respect of the beer garden to 00:00 every day. Any person who wishes to make a representation about this application should do so in writing to the above address or by email no later than 11 December 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises and this carries a level 5 fine on being convicted of such an offence.
